High School Math and Science

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and qualified High School Math Teacher who can teach up to High School Calculus. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, adaptability, and a strong sense of vocation to the classroom, ensuring that students develop both their mathematical understanding and their confidence in problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach high school-level math, including Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus.
  • Differentiate instruction to support students with diverse learning needs, including those with special educational needs.
  • Create engaging, hands-on lessons that make math accessible and enjoyable.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the overall learning goals of the school.
  • Provide individualized support and encouragement to students.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and student supervision as needed (within paid hours).

Candidate Requirements

  • Native or bilingual English speaker.
  • Qualified to teach high school math, including Calculus.
  • Strong ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles and needs.
  • Ideally:
  • Has the right to live and work in Spain.
  • Holds teaching credentials from an English-speaking country (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Has experience working with students with special educational needs.

Working Hours & Compensation

  • Standard school hours: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with exceptions for paid meetings and student supervision.
  • Salary based on Spain’s national private school convenio.
